Connecting
to your Intuition
Intuition
is the gut feeling you have about something, your inner sense. If you
follow this knowing response that happens on a physical level, you will
always be making the right decisions, which in turn will lead you to
greater happiness in life.
Dr. Kandarjian will explain what intuition is and when to use it. He
will explain what we are learning from each experience and how we connect,
and what disconnects us. He will give us the tools through exercises,
to use our intuition when wavering between two choices. Most importantly,
we will learn how to trust it, even if we have a history of making bad
decisions.

leadership strengths.
In this session, we will:

your natural communication strengths and learn how to read the strengths
of others
- Discuss
the impact of your approach on how others take in the information
- Problem
solve tough communication scenarios including real-world situations
from the group
- Discover
how to package information to reach your communication goals and build
a two-way exchange

Speaker:
Dr. Susan Marc Lawley
Location:

Pub, Morristown, NJ
Career
Blending: A Novel Way of Working
The world
of work as we’ve known it is vanishing. The full-time job is an
endangered concept. Unemployment is rising at record levels while the
natural optimism of many dedicated employees is evaporating with each
corporate scandal and every corporate downsizing. Thankfully, there
is another path to career success and personal satisfaction –
or more accurately put – there are other paths with the emphasis
on the letter s, the plural. In fact, in Britain, they refer to the
trend as “going plural.” In the US, the phenomenon has been
described as patchwork careers, casserole careers and portfolio careers.
Those savvy
individuals engaging in the pluralistic practice are called career blenders
or simultalents® or renaissance workers. They engage in multiple
careers simultaneously bringing unexpected benefits to their various
employers and surprising peace of mind to themselves. Within corporations,
these individuals are called “content blenders” or scanners
and bring the “beneficial surprise” to their employers.
